Here are the following cheats available for Baldurs Gate 2.

To activate the cheats open the baldur.ini file in your Baldurs Gate installed directory and add the following lines:
Under [Program Options] add Debug Mode=1
Under [Game Options] add Cheats=1
Then when in-game, to activate the cheats, you need to press CTRL-SPACE then type in the CLUA command in the box that appears.

On the character creation screen, when creating your character stats (ie Str, Dex, Con, etc) click CTRL+8 to get all your stats to 18.

If you've done the harpers quest, Jahiera sub plots and you've completed all the encounters then into about 90 days in the game Elminster disguised as Terminsel visits the party and asks Jahiera if she did the right thing, she said she did and he gives her a spiffy amulet with lots of powers, a Harper Pin.
