NotesOutputs events when a work point is completed.
Examples of work points are: interactable doors, levers, opening chests, fishing points
Some things that might seem like work points are in fact not, examples include: harvesting some resources
Note that the 'characer' ouput is only set immediately after the events have run. So be careful about using delays in the middle.
The failed event is called when a character tries to use it, but it was not enabled.
