Instead of taking the party and military strength into account when the system auto balances encounters this will lock the party strength to a value and the balancing system will use that as the party strength. 10 is a Lv. 1 Ser Gregory, a party of Lv. 10 heroes has a strength of around 180. At level 5 it is around 60.
Set to a negative value (e.g -1) to start using the real party strength again.
Any characters already balanced will keep their strength. You can use this node and the ScaleDifficulty node at the same time.
